The product arrives damaged, incorrect, or dead on arrival (for plants).

Non-perishable items (e.g., pots, tools, gardening accessories) are returned unused, in original packaging, and within 7–14 days of delivery.
4. Return Request Process
If you wish to request a return:

Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

If approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging.
5. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued only as store credit (wallet balance) in your customer account on our Website.

Refunds will not be issued back to credit/debit cards, bank accounts, or in cash.
