Live plants may be returned only if they arrive damaged, incorrect, or dead.
Non-perishable items (e.g., pots, tools, accessories) may be returned within [7–14] days if unused and in original packaging.

7. Live Plant Disclaimer
Please note:
Plants are living organisms and may look different from product photos.
They require proper care immediately upon delivery.
We are not responsible for plant damage resulting from neglect, poor environmental conditions, or delayed care post-delivery.
